The Miracle of Zionism

"Israel is the only nation in the world that is governing itself in the same territory, under the same name, and with the same religion and same language as it did 3,000 years ago." - Historian Barbara Tuchman

"Israel is the only nation on the face of the earth that was created by a sovereign act of God" - Pastor John Hagee

"All things are mortal but the Jew; all other forces pass, but he remains. What is the secret of his immortality?" - Author / Atheist, Mark Twain (long before the Holocaust and Israeli-Jewish statehood)

"They are the most glorious nation that ever inhabited this Earth. The Romans and their Empire were but a Bauble in comparison of the Jews. They have given religion to three quarters of the Globe and have influenced the affairs of Mankind more, and more happily, than any other Nation ancient or modern." - President John Adams - His 1808 response letter criticizing the depiction of Jews by the French Enlightenment philosopher Voltaire.

I am Israel

I am Israel.
I was born millennia before I was renamed Palestine by the conquering Romans
and before the U.N. decided to turn my eastern lands into Jordan.
My people, the Jews, maintained communities here for three thousand years
--that is until the Arabs decided to massacre those Jews in 1920 and 1929.
Hundreds of civilians were murdered, most of them women and children.
Meanwhile, their brother Arab states exiled one million Arabic Jews
ERASING THEIR HISTORY.

I am Israel.
I am Israel -- I've been attacked four times by five Arab armies in sixty years.
I am a survivor: I won every war they waged against me.
I told the Arabs who lived on my land that they were welcome to stay
but their brothers said, "leave temporarily while the Jews are taken care of."

I have been offering a message of peace since the day I was born
but my enemies answered only in bombs, bullets, and blood -- our own, and theirs.
Realizing they could not defeat me with arms, my enemies turned to lies.

I am Israel.
I am Israel -- time and time again my name is smeared.
Though like the Mohammad Al-Dura hoax, each lie is eventually disproved.
My enemies continue to claim that I am committing "genocide".
Tell me, is giving educational opportunities to Palestinian Arabs "genocide"?
Twenty percent of the students in Haifa University are Arabs.
If I exiled all the Arabs in 1948, why are twenty percent of my citizens Arabs who vote?

Why did I give up the entire Sinai and the Gaza strip
uprooting my own people from their homes, only for the HOPE of peace?
In combat ops, I risk the lives of my teenagers to minimize civilian casualties.
I make every attempt to target only fighters, often putting my soldiers in harm.
In war, I drop leaflets on areas to be attacked warning civilians to evacuate.
Has any other army in the history of mankind done this for its enemy?
I waited eight years to stop Hamas from its daily rocket attacks.
Some fell on my kindergartens. I am patient, but my patience is not infinite.

I am Israel
I am Israel -- I discover new medications to treat devastating diseases,
I've created technology such as Intel, anti-virus, and cell phones,
and I lead the world in scientific publications per capita.
I send humanitarian missions to developing countries, including Muslim countries.
I have absorbed hundreds of Muslim refugees who faced genocide in Darfur --
refugees no Muslim state would take.

I am Israel
I am Israel -- one of the smallest counties in the world,
and probably the most stubborn -- I refuse to give up hope for peace.
My friends support me not because of any lobby, but because they see the truth:
I am the heart of the Middle East, and the hope for its future.
My prophet said, "Nation shall not lift up sword against nation" and I will try ...and try,
and TRY until those words are true.
Because I am Israel.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
These words above are part of a video as shown on the Jewish television station, "Shalom TV".
I would say it's a little different that the official Al-Fatah and the official Hamas television videos promoting Palestinian children to become "martyrs for Allah" wouldn't you say?

"Things which need to be said:

1) There is no "Palestine". There never was. "Palestine" was an incorrect translation of Philistine into Latin by the Roman-Jewish writer and historian, Josephus (Flavious Josephus).
2) The people who call themselves "Palestinians" are the descendants of people who chose to leave their homes at the orders of the surrounding Arab countries in 1948. No one was displaced. They were offered Israeli citizenship and refused to accept. Egypt, Syria, Lebanon and Jordan convinced these people that the reestablished State of Israel would be gone in short order.
3) Israel has not had a secure border since 1948: Only Cease-Fire Lines which have been regularly violated by several Countries and Factions for the last 75 years.
4) Israel has turned a combination of both rocky and sandy desert lands into a beautiful Country without the benefit of (over the decades) trillions of oil dollars. The surrounding Arab countries have done nothing but have Royal families hoard Petrochemical and crude oil revenue while leaving huge swaths of their population starving and ill.
5) The only Democratic Nation in the entire region is Israel. All others are Monarchies, Theocracies or Dictatorships. "

A person typed online in
November 2023 that
"Hamas supporter, and proponent of the gleeful mass rape and murder of infants Adam Bates thinks Israel is a “settler colonist” state.

Lets talk about this claim.

1) More than half of the Jews in Israel are Mizrahi Jews. Their ancestors have lived continually in the Levant and Near East for as long or longer than the Palestinian population.
2) An additional 20% are Israeli Arabs, the descendants of Israel’s Arab population who accepted Israel’s invitation to remain in the country on the basis of absolute equality in 1948, instead of fleeing (either to facilitate the Arab invasion, on the basis of Arab propaganda, or simply because they were unwilling to live side by side with Jews).
3) Almost the entire remainder of Jewish immigrants to Israel were refugees, not settlers. They were kicked out of Europe if they were lucky enough to survive the Holocaust and escape with their lives, or they were purged from the rest of the Middle East in one of the most thorough examples of ethnic cleansing in history.
4) Even if you consider barely alive refugees with nothing “settlers,” Israelis have nowhere to go back to. Not Europe, where they were nearly exterminated, and certainly not the Arab states they were forced to flee from with nothing.

So what is the argument for calling Israel a “settler-colonial” state?

Only a justification for the slaughter of the Jews."

"True Christians love Jewish people" on
Nov 23, 2018
by Pastor Gary Dull this article says
"My heart was broken when I heard about the massacre at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh last month.

I was sitting in my study preparing my sermon when the alert came. I immediately prayed, asking God to protect the people there. It was not until later that I heard 11 precious lives were taken by a very wicked man, and that others, including police officers, were injured.

Upon hearing the news, I was both angered at the shooter and sorrowful for those who were injured, killed or now deep in grief.

Personally, I cannot understand how anyone can go into a place of worship and kill innocent people. But, theologically, I realize this is possible because of the wicked sin nature that dwells within.

I agonize still because the shooter stated that “all Jews must die.”

That cuts deep into my soul even now. And yet I realize that many from all religions have disliked Jews as far back as Abraham. But this dislike should never be the case among biblical Christians.

In fact, biblical Christians absolutely love the Jewish people and love them absolutely.

Christians’ spiritual heritage is founded in Old Testament teachings, which are Jewish. Our beloved savior was Jewish.

And we often talk about our “Judeo-Christian heritage,” which is built upon Jewish doctrine and law. Without the Jewish people and Jewish teachings, we would have no Christian “religion,” no savior and, frankly, no hope of heaven.

In fact, everything we as Christians believe is grounded in Genesis, and the greatest description of our savior, Jesus Christ, is portrayed in Isaiah Chapter 53.

Christians cannot deny their spiritual relationship with the Jewish people and neither will they be separated from it throughout all of eternity. In fact, through faith in Jesus Christ the Messiah, believing Jews and believing Gentiles are a part of one eternal Body of Christ forever.

Corinthians 12:13 teaches this wonderful truth — and, during this Thanksgiving season, we should be grateful for that truth.

Yes, every true Christian loves Israel and the Jewish people. If one claims to be a Christian and has any dislike for Jews, then I seriously question the genuineness of that person’s salvation. True Christians want to see the nation of Israel protected and Jews live in peace."

Anonymous said...

The article continues
"On the Monday following the terrible shooting at the Tree of Life Synagogue on Oct. 27, I had a strong urge to travel two hours to see what I, as a Baptist pastor, could do to stand with those of the Jewish congregation who were hurting.

As soon as I arrived, I began speaking with Jewish people and rabbis. I immediately sensed a bond of love and felt they were reaching out to me emotionally.

One of the rabbis hugged me and asked me to sing with him. Of course, I did, even though I did not know the song. Afterward, I learned the theme of the song focused on how God can turn hatred into love — amazing in light of the terrible act of hatred that took place just two days earlier.

As I look back on that day, I believe the mercy of God was at work in the heart of that rabbi. There we were — a Jewish rabbi and a Baptist pastor singing together on the sidewalk about God turning hatred into love.

With some, I shared a prayer and scripture; Psalm 46:1 says, “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”

It was a precious time I will never forget. And I am praying that God will allow me the opportunity to build that beautiful relationship with the people of the Tree of Life Synagogue.

Yes, true Christians love the Jewish people and the nation of Israel. We must pray for them. We must show the love of God to them. We must stand with them in their time of need.

Those who bless the Jewish people will be blessed by God. And I am convinced that every true Christian loves to love God’s special people, the Jews."

Pastor Gary Dull is the executive director of the Pennsylvania Pastors Network, a board member of the American Pastors Network and a co-host of APN’s “Stand in the Gap Today” daily radio program. He also pastors Faith Baptist Church of Altoona.

" Why Christians Support Israel Part 1: Personal Reasons" This article says
Part 1 of a 5 Part Series

"Since the founding of Israel almost 75 years ago, millions of Christians have visited Israel and its holy sites. Many of them have experienced their Bible come alive and their faith renewed. It only stands to reason they would return home with excitement and a newfound appreciation for the country that afforded them that experience.

This was certainly my story. I was a 19-year-old biblical studies major in university when I had the opportunity to study in Israel for the summer. The Bible I read on a devotional level every day and studied in class at a theological level became three-dimensional in its historical, geographical, and cultural setting. It came alive!

A trip to Israel can truly be transformational. I have never been the same, and ever since, I have been an ardent supporter of Israel for affording me this wonderful opportunity.
ISRAEL WELCOMES CHRISTIAN TOURS

This helps explain what experts have noted that tourism to Israel is different than elsewhere because of the repeat visits. Most people who tour the Holy Land spend their flight home planning their next trip because a tour to Israel is an educational, spiritual, and life-changing experience. It is a spiritual retreat—a pilgrimage—rather than a vacation, and Israel warmly welcomes and encourages this.
ACCESS TO CHRISTIAN SITES"

Anonymous said...

Part 1 of the article continues
"Christian tours also benefit from the freedom Israel provides to access Christian holy sites. This would not be the case if it were a closed country like many Muslim or communist countries, where we would not have access to sites so central to our Bible and faith. We should be thankful for the freedom we have to visit religious sites and even hold prayer and worship services while there.
CARE OF SITES AND ARTIFACTS

Israel also takes great effort to preserve holy sites and archaeological finds. In contrast, Muslim authorities literally bulldozed and discarded archaeological debris from under the Temple Mount during a construction project. Despite the tremendous historical importance of that area that archaeologists had never excavated, construction crews removed approximately 9,000 tons of archaeologically rich soil in 1999, dumping 350 truckloads of that dirt into the Kidron Valley.

The Muslim authorities over the Temple Mount did not want to preserve any artifact that proved a Jewish or Christian connection to the site, so they had no problem destroying and disposing them. As a result, two archaeologists started the “Temple Mount Sifting Project,” and over 200,000 volunteers and tourists have helped sift through the debris. They have found over 400,000 artifacts dating back to the Stone Age. Fifteen percent of the pottery finds come from the First Temple period and over forty percent from the Second Temple period.

Israel would never have done what the Muslim authorities did. They would have conducted a proper excavation and cataloged remains before any such construction project could begin. Christians should appreciate Israel’s preservation of artifacts, so many of which prove the accuracy of the Bible and are meaningful to our faith.
SAFETY OF ISRAELI CHRISTIANS

Another reason for Christian support of Israel has nothing to do with tourism: the well-being of the Christian minority in Israel. While religious minorities face intense persecution across the Middle East, Israel provides the only haven for Christians in the region. Christianity is becoming extinct in much of the region, but it is growing in Israel. We should support Israel for the safety of the Christian minority and the opportunities they have as full citizens of the Jewish state.

Israel is a blessing to Christians around the world, and we owe the people of Israel a great debt of gratitude.
About this episode:

Millions of Christians have visited Israel and had the life-transforming experience of their Bible coming alive. They returned home appreciative of the warm welcome they had received, the freedom of access to the Christian sites they enjoyed, as well as Israel’s care and preservation of those sites and their archaeological artifacts. Tourism is not the only reason for Christians to support Israel—the Christian minority in Israel is flourishing unlike in the rest of the Middle East. For all these reasons every Christian should be appreciative and support the Jewish State."

Part 2 from icejusa.org says
"Why Christians Support Israel Part 2: Practical Reasons"
Part 2 of a 5 Part Series This part says

"There are many very practical reasons for any American—not just Christians—to support Israel. America benefits from its relationship with Israel in many ways, and it only makes sense we would partner with and show support for the nation and its people.
Democratic Values

It is vital for America to maintain a strong alliance with the only liberal democracy in the Middle East. Israel advances our national interests and shares our values of freedom of speech, freedom of worship, and human rights. Israel is the most stable, pro-American country in a volatile region and deserves a strong and committed friendship with the United States.
National Security

If there were no Israel, the United States would have to deploy aircraft carriers to the Middle East, along with tens of thousands of US soldiers. This would cost our country tens of billions of dollars annually, possibly dragging the United States into unnecessary local, regional, and global conflicts. Instead, we can rely on our partnership with Israel to represent our interests in the region.

American and Israeli militaries conduct joint training exercises that benefit both countries. Israel’s intelligence leads the world in its expertise and provides valuable intel, allowing US officials to prevent attacks on its citizens and bases overseas. Israel created an underside reactive armor for our Bradley tanks, which has saved thousands of US soldiers from IEDs. In battlefield medicine, Israel’s expertise in combat and the development of post-traumatic stress treatment directly helps our American troops.

US police commissioners, police chiefs, and sheriffs have cooperative programs with their Israeli counterparts. Thanks to Israeli know-how and training in best practices, our airline and airport security has been dramatically enhanced.
Economic

Support of Israel is a good investment. The United States’ first Free-Trade Agreement was signed with Israel in 1985, and it produces a trade of goods and services totaling more than $40 billion annually. Thirty states in the United States benefit from cooperative agreements with Israel in technology, agriculture, energy, business, and homeland security. Out of the 250 multinational companies with operations in Israel, two-thirds are US companies such as Apple, Intel, Microsoft, IBM, and Cisco.
Medical Innovations"

Anonymous said...

Part 2 continues
"Israel’s medical innovations are another vast resource for Americans. Israel is home to almost 1,000 medical device companies and is a leading country in terms of both patents per capita and in absolute number of patents. The intersection of hi-tech and health care by these companies is generating cutting-edge mobile health devices, AI-powered diagnostic platforms, novel therapeutics, pharmaceutical innovation, and new digital tools that improve access, quality, and precision of care.

Israel is also leading in the growing field of cybersecurity for health infrastructure and supply chains. In short, hundreds of Israeli companies in the United States are bringing new technology to hospitals and public health systems, improving our healthcare, and supporting jobs across the country.
Humanitarian AID and Volunteerism

Although just the size of New Jersey, Israel has achieved acclaim all over the world because of its humanitarian aid efforts. Israel’s Foreign Ministry division, MASHAV, runs Israel’s official humanitarian assistance program. Since its founding in 1957, MASHAV’s training courses have trained more than 270,000 participants from 132 nations. As a result, millions of lives in developing nations are being impacted as participants return to their countries and improve agriculture, medicine, water, and other necessities.

Government programs are only part of the story in Israel. Israeli citizens are also known for volunteerism and assisting in disaster relief worldwide. IsraAID, a nonprofit, non-governmental organization, focuses on disasters and long-term support. It has been on the ground in nearly every major humanitarian crisis since its establishment in 2001. Their civilian and Israel Defense Force personnel, including medics, doctors, search and rescue teams, and post-trauma experts, often arrive in the earliest days of a disaster.

IsraAID has helped in over 140 countries. In the United States, they have assisted in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, Hurricane Harvey in Houston, wildfires in Washington State, and the Florida Surfside condominium collapse, where they were heralded for their advanced techniques for locating victims’ remains.
Tikkun Olam

The drive to help others and make the world a better place is nothing new. It is simply part of the Jewish DNA. Generations of Jewish people have prayed daily for Tikkun Olam, or the repair of the world. The biblical foundation of this concept is found in Isaiah 1:17, where the people of Israel are instructed to “Seek justice, rebuke the oppressor; defend the fatherless, plead for the widow.” This value permeates Israeli society, which carries out Tikkun Olam in times of need.

Israel is certainly making our world a better place in ways that far outweigh its size in population or land mass. The world—and particularly Americans—should be grateful and support Israel’s efforts to be a light of goodness to the nations.
About this episode:

There are many very practical reasons for any American to support Israel—the only stable democracy in a volatile region. We benefit from joint military, security, and law enforcement training not to mention their military and medical technology literally saves Americans lives. Israel even provides disaster relief with tragedy strikes us. The United States also benefits economically from trade with Israel. It only makes sense we would support the nation and its people so committed to making our world a better place."

"Why Christians Support Israel Part 3: Moral Reasons"
Part 3 of a 5 Part Series and it says

"Christianity—an offshoot of the Jewish faith, founded by the Jewish Messiah and built on His teachings of forgiveness and love—ironically produced centuries of hatred, persecution, and even murder of the Jewish people. All of this happened despite the apostle Paul’s instructions for believers to honor the Jewish people as the root of our own faith (Romans 11). Something went horribly wrong, and the church failed the Jewish people. Today, however, we have the opportunity to make amends and build a new relationship based on mutual respect.
Theological Seeds Sown

Christianity did not cause the Holocaust. However, Christian anti-Judaism developed into antisemitism, which paved the way for the Holocaust. The lesson for us today is that we should walk in the compassion and forgiveness of our Lord. If the church had walked in the humility and meekness Jesus taught and modeled, the Holocaust might never have happened.

Evidence of tensions between Judaism and Christianity showed up early in the life of the church and resulted in a complete split by the end of the Bar Kokhba revolt in AD 135. The changing composition of churches throughout the Roman Empire also contributed to the division between the two faiths. Gentiles from pagan backgrounds outnumbered those from a Jewish background. Roman brutality also had ramifications. During periods of persecution of Christians, Jews disassociated from them, and during periods of persecution of Jews the Christians would do the same.

Within this complicated situation, some church fathers began to preach against Judaism and warned their followers to stay away from it. Centuries of this type of teaching developed into a church doctrine of contempt for the Jews, which motivated Christians to persecute them. It also paved the way for state laws that degraded the Jews, sometimes forcing them to live in walled ghettos or be expelled from their country altogether.

This article does not allow space to cover this history thoroughly, but suffice it to say, the state and the state church were both guilty of horrible treatment of the Jewish people.

The Protestant Reformation produced more of the same. Martin Luther is best known for the 95 Theses he nailed to the door of the Wittenberg Castle Church, birthing the Protestant Reformation and a return to the Bible as the source of religious authority. Unfortunately, in his later years, Luther turned bitter toward the Jews. In his writings, Luther outlined specific ways to persecute and degrade the Jewish people, ending with a plea for some solution, “that we all may be free of this insufferable devilish burden—the Jews.”
Hatred in Full Bloom"

Anonymous said...

Part 3 continues
"It is no coincidence that 400 years later, in Luther’s German homeland, Hitler reprinted the reformer’s antisemitic writings for distribution. He used them to coerce churches into silence as he carried out his “final solution”—the extermination of the Jewish race.

After Christian leaders had called the Jews “monstrous animals” and “evil seed,” it is no wonder Nazi cartoons could depict the Jewish people as devils with horns and tails. It was not Hitler who thought up the distinctive yellow-star badge to be worn on their clothing. The idea originated with Innocent, the thirteenth-century pope who called for Jews to be identified by distinctive clothing.

Hitler also used medieval Catholic anti-Jewish legislation as a model for his own. The theological seeds planted centuries earlier had come to full bloom, and the church was silent—most Catholics and Protestants did not withstand Hitler’s plan.
The Need for Humility

This tragic history of Jewish-Christian relations should cause every Christian to seek ways to establish a new relationship with the Jewish people based on mutual respect. We need to repent for this tragic story and strive to make amends.

One way is to stand in solidarity with the Jewish people and support Israel. Likewise, we should condemn all modern forms of antisemitism—namely, the demonization of the Jewish State.
Support Justice

Israel’s founding brought justice to the Jewish people. After almost 2,000 years of exile and ongoing persecution, the Jewish people are back in the land and can now control their own destiny. We need to support their right to self-determination, to defend themselves, and to become the “light to the nations” God has called them to be!

That is why we, as Christians, have a moral obligation to support Israel.
About this episode:

Ironically, the Christian religion—an offshoot of Judaism, founded by the Jewish Messiah, and built on teachings of forgiveness and love—produced hatred, persecution, and even murder of the Jewish people. Something went horribly wrong. Today, however, Christians have the opportunity to learn from that sad history and make amends. One way of doing that is standing in solidarity with the Jewish people and against modern forms of antisemitism including anti-Zionism. Israel’s founding brought justice to the Jewish people and we need to support their freedom to govern themselves, defend themselves, and become the “light to the nations” God has called them to be!"

From icejusa.org Part 4 of the article says
"Why Christians Support Israel Part 4: Legal Reasons"
Part 4 of a 5 Part Series and it says

Enemies of Israel attempt to convince us that Israel is an illegitimate, colonialist project in which foreigners moved in, took land, and forced a state upon the locals. The truth is that Israel’s founding has a firm basis in international law and was established through the same legal process behind the founding of every other country in the Middle East. To question Israel’s legality, one must question countries like Jordan, Syria, Kuwait, and Iraq, to name a few.
Continual Jewish Presence in the Land

A quick overview of history will reveal that Jews have maintained a continuous presence in the land of Israel for more than 3,000 years. Their connection to Jerusalem goes back almost as far. The city is mentioned close to 700 times in the Hebrew Bible and has been the Jewish people’s capital since the days of King David.

Under the Roman Empire, however, the city of Jerusalem and the Jewish temple were destroyed. Many Jews were killed, others fled, and more were forced out. This was the beginning of an exile that lasted 1,900 years, during which more than 100 generations of dispersed Jews prayed three times a day to return to Jerusalem. Even so, a small number of Jews had remained and maintained a presence in the holy city and other areas of the land. Israel’s founding, therefore, was by the descendants of an indigenous people joining those who had maintained a presence in their ancient homeland.
Palestine

After its destruction in 70 AD, the Romans rebuilt Jerusalem as a pagan city, renaming it Aelia Capitalina. They also changed the name of Judea to Palestina. Their goal was to remove all Jewish connection to the city and the land. The Roman Empire eventually became Christian, and the region of Palestine became peppered with churches.

In the seventh century, however, Islamic forces took the area, and for the next 1,300 years, Palestine was in the very center of one Islamic empire after another, ruling from India in the east to Spain in the west. The last Islamic empire was the Ottoman Empire, which lasted from 1517 to 1917."

Anonymous said...

Part 4 continues
"Palestine was a small, insignificant region that these empires ignored and neglected. When the famous travel writer, Mark Twain, visited the Holy Land in the nineteenth century, he wrote, “Palestine sits in sackcloth and ashes . . . it is a barren, desolate, land.” Other writings of that era confirm this desolate situation—Palestine was not just barren and undeveloped, but it lacked a population.
Breakup of the Ottoman Empire

In WWI the Ottomans sided with Germany and lost so their empire was divided between the British, French, and Italians. Borders were drawn and leaders put in place to govern the new nation-states. The borders, however, were drawn with no regard to the people on the ground, which has resulted in many a skirmish to this day.

The Hashemite Arabs of Arabia had helped the British defeat the Ottomans—as depicted in the movie Lawrence of Arabia—and when the war was over, the British owed them favors. They were given territories outside of Arabia as payback.
British Mandate over Palestine

The area of Palestine fell under the British mandate, and the 1917 Balfour Declaration had already stated Britain’s intention of establishing a homeland for the Jews there. In 1920 the San Remo Conference transformed the Balfour Declaration from a letter of intent to a legally binding foundational document of the mandate. In 1922, 52 nations of the brand-new League of Nations formalized the British mandate, including the Balfour Declaration.

Hashemite Emir Feisal, the premier leader of the Arab world, also supported a Jewish homeland in Palestine. He acknowledged the Zionists would enhance the economy of the entire Middle East. In return for his backing, he asked for his own state in Syria. When the French reneged, he withdrew support—and even opposed—the Zionist endeavor.

In 1922 the British betrayed the Jewish people, and 78 percent of what the League of Nations had designated as “the national home of the Jewish people” was broken off and presented as a gift to Abdullah (Feisal’s brother) for an Arab state. The remaining 22 percent designated for a Jewish homeland was inhabited by both Jews and Arabs, and tensions were increasing between the two populations as Arabs opposed Jewish sovereignty.
United Nations Approves Statehood

The League of Nations morphed into the United Nations in 1946 and was soon given the responsibility of finding a solution to the problem of Palestine. In November 1947, they passed a resolution to partition the area, with one part designated for a Jewish state and the other for an Arab state. The Jews accepted this plan and declared statehood in May 1948. The Arabs rejected it and declared war.

In 1949 Israel was admitted into the United Nations with a majority vote, thereby placing a stamp of approval upon her founding and acceptance into the governing organization.
Same Legal Process Created Entire Middle East

Every country existing today in the Middle East was founded after 1920 and according to this same legal process: Following the 1918 breakup of the Ottoman Empire the League of Nations sanctioned mandates to the British, French, and Italians, authorizing them to establish independent nation-states and those new states were then ratified and accepted as members of the United Nations.

Therefore, we can boldly support the existence of Israel because its founding was completely legal and formulated by the community of nations.
About this episode:

In spite of what you may have heard, Israel’s founding is legally sound and was done with the support of the UN and the major international authorities of the day. The same political process created every national boundary and identity in the region. So if you want to question Israel’s legality you must understand what this legal process was and how it created the entire Middle East as we know it today."

Part 5 of the article from icejusa.org says
"Why Christians Support Israel Part 5: Biblical Reasons"
Part 5 of a 5 Part Series and it says

"The biblical basis for Christian support for Israel is extensive and is not from one isolated section of the Bible but found throughout. Old Testament covenants involving the calling of the Jewish people and their gift of land are affirmed in the Psalms, the prophetic books, and the New Testament.
Torah

The first book of the Torah—and of the Bible—is Genesis. It tells the story of God’s choice of Abraham to birth a nation through whom He would carry out His plan to redeem fallen mankind. In Genesis 12:1–3 God explains that in return for following Him in faith, Abraham would be given a land and made into a great nation that would be a blessing to all the families of the earth. In Genesis 15 God legally guarantees His promise by making a covenant with Abraham, and in chapter 17 He explains that this covenant is to be everlasting as will be its provision of land.
Psalms

Psalm 105 waxes poetic how the Abrahamic covenant and its promise of land—confirmed to Isaac, Jacob, and all of Israel—is an everlasting covenant. It cannot be broken.

The Hebrew prophets agreed with the Psalms, and while they witnessed the devastation of judgment on the people for their sins, they prophesied of a day when God would bring His people back home, establish a right relationship with Him, and fulfill their calling to bless the world. One such prophet was Isaiah.
Isaiah

The Jerusalem that Isaiah prophesied to had not yet been destroyed but was corrupt and fully deserving of it. One day, however, it would be a city praised for its righteousness when the glory of God would shine out from there throughout all the earth. Isaiah knew that day was as sure as any promise Israel’s faithful God had made, and He called upon intercessors to partner in prayer until it happened. Anyone who prayed was asked to be as a watchman on the walls, crying out in persistent prayer until God fulfilled His promise to establish Jerusalem as a praise in all the earth.

That day has not yet taken place, but the words of Isaiah still ring forth. Those of us who know the Lord are called to intercede for the city and its people until God has fulfilled all that He has promised.
New Testament

Moving now to the New Testament, we find the apostle Paul reflecting upon the everlasting nature of God’s promises to the Jewish people and the source of blessing to the world they are still to be.

In Romans 11:28–29 Paul confirmed that the Jewish people are beloved of God and their election secure as He had promised their forefathers. He went so far as to say that even though they might be considered an enemy to the gospel of Christ, their gifts and calling have not been revoked. Neither their rejection of Jesus’ messianic credentials nor exile from the land would annul God’s covenant with Abraham that included a gift of land and a calling to bless all the families of the earth with redemption."

Anonymous said...

Part 5 continues
"Paul, therefore, instructed the church in Rome to approach the Jewish people with humility and honor them as the spiritual root of our Christian faith. Everything we hold dear as Christians came to us through the Jewish people, and we owe them a great debt of gratitude. God used their rejection to bring about the atoning death of Jesus and cause the gospel to go out to the gentiles. Once the fulness of the gentiles has come into the church, He will turn again to reveal Himself to the Jewish people, and their acceptance will be a blessing to the entire world.
Firm Biblical Basis

With such a firm biblical foundation for support of the Jewish people, it is no surprise that many of the fathers of the Bible-based Evangelical Christian movement preached the return of the Jewish people to their ancient homeland and the blessing this return would bring upon us all. Modern Christian supporters of Israel follow in the steps of great Christian leaders, such as John and Charles Wesley, Robert Murray MacCheynne, Charles Spurgeon, and many Puritan preachers, to name a few.

About this episode:

With such a firm biblical foundation for support of the Jewish people, it is no surprise to find that many of the fathers of the Bible-based Evangelical Christian movement preached from the scriptures the return of the Jewish people to their ancient homeland and the blessing this return would bring upon the world."

A Christian writer online said about the Greatness of Israel that
“The land of Israel, I believe, is the most important spot on earth. The most important city is not Washington or Moscow, but Jerusalem. The most important land, believe it or not, is not America but tiny Israel, about the size of New Jersey.

Israel: the geographic center. “See, I have set thee in the midst of the nations (Ezekiel 5:5). Israel, called “the navel of the earth,” is strategically located at the hub of three continents.

Israel: the revelation center. From this land, the land of Moses, the prophets and the apostles, came the Word of God.

Israel: the spiritual center. In Bethlehem Jesus was born. In Nazareth He grew to maturity. In Galilee He walked and taught on the mountainsides and beside the Sea. In Jerusalem our Lord was crucified, buried and rose from the dead. From the Mount of Olives He ascended. And to the Mount of Olives He will return; His feet will first touch down upon the Mount of Olives (Zechariah 14:4).

Israel: the prophecy center. Prophecy is “pre-written history.” The land of Israel is the only land belonging to God’s people. The details of their future are minutely recorded in the Bible. If you want to know what God is doing, study Israel and her people.

Israel: the storm center. The Middle East, specifically Israel, is the world’s greatest trouble spot. The Bible says “Jerusalem will be a burdensome stone for all people” of the world[CAP1] [CA2] – (Zechariah 12:3), and indeed we see in the daily news the gathering storm clouds of Armageddon.

Israel: also the peace center. We’re told to “pray for the peace of Jerusalem” (Psalm 122:6). There will never be peace on earth until there’s peace in Jerusalem, until Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace, rules and reigns from Jerusalem. When we’re praying for the peace of Jerusalem, we’re praying, “Even so, come Lord Jesus.” We want our Lord to reign from Zion, to sit upon the throne of his father David.

Israel: one day will be the glory center. When our Lord returns, all nations of the world will come to Jerusalem to worship (Micah 2:3). Jerusalem will be the capital city not only of Israel but of the entire world, and the Word of the Lord shall go forth from Zion (Isaiah 2:3). Jesus will reign from Jerusalem (Luke 1:32). Israel is at the center of God’s plan.”

About 6 months ago an application was brought by a service provider who was owed about R 120 million by the ANC for the liquidation of the ANC. The application was due to be heard in November 2023. Earlier last year it had been unable to pay salaries of staff for several months. The ANC was close to bankruptcy. (Sounds familiar? ... like the SAA, SABC, Eskom, Transnet etc. etc)
In October 2023, the minister of foreign affairs visits Iran. Soon after this visit ...
1) the government expresses solidarity with the Palestinians in a public display broadcast on TV
2) hosts a Hamas delegation in SA.
3) launch an urgent application to the ICJ, accusing Israel of genocide in Gaza. Just the preliminary application costs come to R 200 million for preparation and argument (the final trial will cost about R 1,5 billion.)
About 3 weeks ago the liquidation application against the ANC is confidentially settled (R100m) and the ANC publishes a statement that its financial woes are over and it’s ready to fund and fight the 2024 elections.

But, to balance her visit, Wong lingered with Palestinians who claim to have suffered "settler violence."
She didn't have time to visit the deserted Israeli towns of northern Israel, or the burnt ruins of the southern kibbutzim where an Israeli Holocaust took place, executed by the people she donated the money.
No Australian funding for the ruined Israeli homes and families, but to their killers.
Is it any wonder we didn't notice her visit, or care.
Damn you, Australia! A country that is neutral to local mobs of thousands chanting "Gas the Jews!" but arrest a Jew holding an Israeli flag."

"THE PRO-HAMAS, PRO-TERRORIST CROWD AND THEIR Black Lives Matter AND ANTIFA ALLIES LOVE MARCHING AROUND, HURTING BUSINESS IN SOME CITIES AND DEMANDING AN END TO US AID TO ISRAEL.

What they seem not to understand is what the US-Israel Aid program really is.

85% of the aid money is spent in the USA, producing 1000’s of American high-skilled jobs. All of which would disappear if the agreement ended.

15% goes mostly for Research and Development in Israel, the co-development of technologies that benefit both the US and Israel. The same R&D if done in the USA would cost 4-5 times more. And the bonus is that any resultant technology cannot be transferred to any third nation without the agreement of both the US and Israel.

So. Let’s ask a question. What other US Aid program actually is so beneficial to the USA? None. The US Aid to Ukraine, with only $ 18.5 Billion accountable out of more than $ 100 Billion, what benefit to the USA? The US costs for NATO and rent on basis in Europe, for more than $ 400 Billion annually, what benefit does the US get from that?
And, then there are the many aid programs worldwide where money is given to governments and the money never goes further than to the bank accounts of their leaders.

But, here we have organizations in the USA that take down US flags, riot, block traffic, damage business, set fire to Government buildings and businesses at times, praise looting, excuse rape and burn babies to death, lecturing that Aid to Israel should stop. And the US Media considers them a credible force and one party refuses to condemn them?"

"One of the most offensive claims Palestinian “supporters”, Jew haters, and paid shills have been making is the claim of “genocide” on the part of Israel against the Palestinians.

While anyone with any degree of intelligence should be able to tell the difference between a genocide as defined below and casualties of war, the deliberate and repeated use of this term is meant to do a few things at once.

The term genocide was coined in 1944 and later defined by the UN Genocide Convention in 1948. The largest genocide on record was the systematic extermination of Jews by the Nazis.

By falsely claiming Israel, the Jewish majority state which includes people of all races, ethnicities and religions with equal rights, is committing genocide against the Palestinians, both vilifies Israel uniquely and unfairly and further pushes the false narrative that Israel seeks to erase Gaza from existence (ironically and precisely what Hamas seeks to do with regard to Israel). Claims of “genocide” attempt to erase the real genocide of Jews and other persecuted groups throughout history. This propaganda strategy is part of the ongoing campaign to erase or redefine Jews, their biblical and historical presence in the land of Israel, their ethnic history, their religion, and their suffering (being repeatedly expelled and exterminated from numerous countries). It is an attempt to blame the victim instead of the perpetrator in a war Gazan terrorists started.

There are good reasons for the death toll in Gaza including the fact that there is no way to distinguish between the good, kind hearted Gazans and those ready and gleefully eager to kill, mutilate, rape, abuse corpses and take and hold innocents as hostages. How do we know this? Look at any video of how large numbers of Gazans treated captured Israelis both living and deceased. And most of the terrorists don’t wear uniforms. Moreover, the measures Israel has undertaken to provide warnings to civilians and employ dangerous ground operations (resulting in loss of life to its soldiers) instead of bombing the entire region certainly shows that Israel is not committing a genocide against Palestinians but trying to avoid killing “innocents”. Trying to find the “kind hearted” Gazans is truly a needle in a haystack when you look at videos of military training camps for children, Gazan education systems, evidence of paraphernalia found in Gazan homes and interviews with Gazans who clearly align and espouse violent sentiments towards Jews in conjunction with the terrorist government they elected in 2006. Hamas may have changed its charter targeting Jews but it has not changed its goals.

When you see the term “genocide” being tossed around by Israel and Jews haters, understand why that term was selected and is being used against Israel. And if Israel is found to be inflicting genocide during this ongoing war in Gaza, we would have to similarly and retroactively apply this term to all wars with any sizable civilian death toll since the 1940s. Are we ready to bring military personnel involved in wars to trial? I don’t think so."

“David versus Goliath—Israel versus Radical Islamists
A Question to the World
The question is, who is David and who is Goliath in this sad “story”.
According to most world media and public opinion, Israel is the Goliath!
And I ask; how is it possible? What is the explanation (other than anti-Semitism)? Why do people see Israel as the aggressor and the Palestinians as the underdog?
First of all, let’s learn some history: there have always been constant Jewish communities in Israel, for 3000 year, so, the idea that we are invaders is simply not
true.
Now that we’ve established that we have the right to live here, let’s blame the “occupied territories”!! UPPS…..Sorry, we cannot! The Arabs attacked us also when there was no “occupied territory “(they have been attacking the Jews in this region for about 100 years)!
So how have WE become the bullies? Maybe it’s because we are the offenders? NOPE, again, NO!
1. We have been living under a constant rocket attack, daily, for 12 years! Why? Because we attacked? Again, NO! Because we left Gaza to the “Gazans” and unfortunately a terrorist group is their government.
2. Whenever there are casualties among innocent Palestinians (it doesn’t matter if killed by the Hamas or Israel) we weep! Whenever there are casualties among Israelis (by the hands of Radical Islamists) they dance on the streets and party.
3. Whenever (God forbid) fanatics on our side cut olive trees or do similar mad things against Palestinians, we put them in jail and condemn them. But whenever a terrorist throws a bomb into a bus in Tel Aviv, he is a “shahid” (a hero). And if he dies he gets his 70 something virgins in heaven.
4. Israel’s army, police, government and citizens protect people. We are fighting for our protection, for our children’s protection. Hammas, on the other hand, wants their people to die, hides behind them, hides ammunition in their houses, hospitals, schools, etc… because they know what you (world) don’t know! They know that our soldiers are humane and would never, intentionally, hurt innocents.
5. The more Palestinians die, the more Israel loses the war! Hamas knows this and you, citizen of the world, are puppets in these terrorist groups’ hands.

So please, explain to me, why are we perceived as Goliath??? The only thing we want is to live in peace with our neighbors. And what the Islamic radicals want is to see us dead!!”

"THE SPOKESMAN FOR THE UN HUMAN RIGHTS COMMITTEE, THURSDAY, ACCUSED ISRAEL OF PLANNING A WAR CRIME UNDER THE FOURTH GENEVA CONVENTION BY ATTACKING CIVILIAN AREA IN RAFAH, GAZA.

The problem, is that this spokesman, representing a UN committee that has been headed by such nations as Libya, Iran, North Korea, NONE OF WHICH WHOS EEM TO UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT OF HUMAN RIGHTS, does not have his facts straight.

UNDER THE GENEVA CONVENTIONS, those responsible for the deaths of civilians in civilian housing are those who place fighters, arms, rocket launchers and munitions in those same civilian buildings.

Israel is within its rights to seek out terrorist enemies wherever they are and eliminate their threat to Israel.

One wonders what the aim of the UN and US President Joe Biden, and the EU leadership, really is — when they seem to want to protect Hamas to survive so it can go about murdering Jews again.

Sorry, Biden thinking that the President of Mexico is Al-Sisi is not an excuse."

"Remember when Macron proposed a coalition against Hamas and took that back the next day? It's easy to propose unworkable and idiotic solutions when you have no stake in the matter.

The world has been ignoring the growth of Palestinian terrorism for decades, when it wasn't actively encouraging it. The fortress built in Gaza with large-scale use of human shields was easy to predict. The consequences of doing nothing were obvious.

And now that Israel has no choice but to clean up Gaza, those who enabled Hamas in the past are only too happy today to blame Israel for civilian casualties when the reality is the opposite. It is them who are responsible for what's happening, not Israel. Israel is in fact doing everything humanly possible to limit civilian casualties.

It is hugely hypocritical for anyone today to lecture Israel on how to conduct the war, even for those like the US who are actively supporting Israel most of the time, but especially for those who aren't. Even more than hypocritical, it's criminal."

"This was posted by Hillel Fuld, but it just as easily have been my story. Enjoy:

I once heard a beautiful story.

A very well-known rabbi left the United States and moved to Israel, made Aliyah, as we call it.

One day his student came over to him and asked him, “Rabbi, what do you miss most from America?”

The rabbi looked at him and said “I miss the longing for Israel.”

Jews have longed for and prayed for Zion (Israel) for thousands of years.

In our daily prayers, Zion, Jerusalem is mentioned hundreds of times.

In the Torah, we are commanded to go to the temple in Jerusalem on all of our major holidays.

Jews around the world have faced Jerusalem as they prayed for thousands of years.

There was never a single day in history on which there were no Jews in the land of Israel.

Many Jews, myself and my family included, upon moving to Israel, got off the plane, then got down on all fours, and kissed the ground while thanking God that we are finally home.

But please, tell me more about how you’re only anti Zionist but not anti Jewish.

Zion/Israel/Jerusalem is as core to Judaism as Jesus is to Christianity or Mecca is to Islam.

If you oppose the Jews returning to their eternal homeland, Zion, if you think a tiny basically invisible dot on a map full of Muslim and Arab countries is just too much for the Jews to have, don’t look now, but there’s an antisemite walking around in your shoes."

"The Middle East conflict 101:

UN in 1947: “Here is a state for you, the Jews, and here is a state for you, the Arabs.”

The Jews: “Awesome. Thanks. We’ve only been waiting for this for thousands of years.”

The Arabs: “Sorry no. We’d rather attack than have a state. We don’t want a state. We want no Israel.”

The Jews: “Sorry you attacked and lost.”

The Arabs: “Don’t worry. We’ll be back.”

The Jews: “Here. Take land. Make a state. We just want peace.”

The Arabs: “No. No state. No Israel.”

The Jews in 1967 (Khartoum summit): “Here. Take land. Make a state. We just want peace.”

The Arabs: “No. No state. No Israel.”

The Jews in 1991 (Madrid Conference): “Here. Take land. Make a state. We just want peace.”

The Arabs: “No. No state. No Israel.”

The Jews in 2000 (Camp David Summit): “Here. Take land. Make a state. We just want peace.”

The Arabs: “No. No state. No Israel.”

The Jews in 2001 (Taba Summit), 2005 (Disengagement), 2007 (Annapolis conference), 2008 (realignment plan), 2010, 2013 (Joint peace talks), 2019 (Bahrain workshop), 2020 (Trump peace plan): “Here. Take land. Make a state. We just want peace.”

The Arabs: “No. No state. No Israel.”

The world in 2024: “Let’s give them a state.”

The Arabs: “No. No state. No Israel.”

The Jews: “Ok, no state for you.”

The world? “Those Jews!”

And then there are the wars that the Arabs attacked the Jews and lost: 1948 (war of independence), 1967 (six day war), 1973 (Yom Kippur war), 1982 (Lebanon war), 1987 (first intifada), 2000 (second intifada), 2006 (second Lebanon war), 2008 (operation cast lead), 2012 (operation pillar of defense), 2014 (operation protective edge), 2021 (operation guardian of the walls), 2023 (operation swords of iron).

The fact that there is a single human being on planet earth who still doesn’t get the following fact is insane and mind boggling.

The Jews want peace. The Arabs who call themselves Palestinians do not. They never have. They never will.

Want proof?

The PLO: The Palestinian liberation organization was established on May 28th, 1964. There were no settlements then. There was no occupation. What exactly were they looking to liberate? The answer is Israel, every last inch of it.

There was Arab terror against Jews well before there was any occupation. There was Arab terror against Jews before there was even a state of Israel.

1929, for example. Arabs massacred Jews in Hebron. Why? It was 1929. Israel was established in 1948.

How exactly does that work? Were they massacring Jews to resist the future occupation? 😂

Anyone who thinks that offering the Palestinians a state will solve anything is a fool. Period. Full stop.

It’s time the world learned Arabic. The Palestinians want dead Jews. They say it, they vote for it, they act towards it, and then they live stream it.

And yes, I said Palestinian, not Hamas.

The Palestinian people elected Hamas. Thousands of them participated in October 7th in one way or another. Close to 90% of the Palestinians support Hamas.

The Palestinian people exist from day one for the sole purpose of destroying Israel. It’s their entire identity.

They keep trying and keep failing.

They don’t seem to learn their lesson and neither does the international community.

Israel wants peace. Israel is willing to make compromises for peace. Israel also knows well how to handle its enemies when necessary. It has a lot of experience.

If you are still reading, and disagree with anything I wrote above, kindly tell me what is inaccurate about what I said and if you can’t, if you agree with the facts I listed here, tell me please how, in 2024, after October 7th, anyone still thinks the Palestinians want or deserve a state.

Congratulations on completing your course on the Middle East. You are now officially more knowledgeable about Israel and the conflict than 99% of Gen Z and pro Palestinian activities who take to the streets every day chanting for the murder of Jews.

Thank you for coming today.

Any questions?"

Laureen Lipsky typed online earlier today
"Top Antisemitic Lies About Israel & How Best to Counter with Facts...

We have all heard or seen the antisemitic chants of 'free free Palestine' - Jews freed Palestine in 1948, after a nearly 20 years armed struggle against the British occupiers. More accurately, Jews bravely freed 22% of Palestine, a colonizer term for Israel, in 1948. Why 22% only? Because Jordan was created in 1922, solely for Arabs, and it was created out of 78% of stolen Jewish land.

When an Arab says they are 'Palestinian' - The only response should be, wow, did not know you are a Jew! Palestinians, in the non-antisemitic term, only refers to Jews who lived IN Israel from 136 AD - 1948, during the 1,812 years of occupation. The antisemitic term refers to the KGB Operation SIG (1967 - 1988) which created a false ethnicity and a 'liberation movement' made up of 6 different Arab groups, including genetic Jews who were forcibly converted to Islam in the 11th century. The campaign was created to vilify Israel and paint it as a 'Nazi state' and a 'colonizer.'

Arabs, prior to 1967 hated the moniker, 'Palestinian' even when the British attempted to call them 'Palestinian-Arabs' as it was so closely associated with Jews. It took Arabs in Israel two years, until 1969, to start calling themselves 'Palestinians.' Today, only those who hate Jews say they are 'Palestinian.'

Israelites were the real Jews and 'modern' Jews are all 'from Europe' - There is absolutely no difference between Israelites, Judeans, and Jews living today. Hebrew was and is the language spoken by the Jews, it is not a name for a people. Both Israelites and Judeans were the same people with a shared faith and culture, just lived under different Kingdoms, the Kingdom of Israel & the Kingdom of Judah, respectively.

When the Kingdom of Israel was exiled, beginning in 722 BC, those who remained simply moved to Judea. All genetic Jews have indigenous roots in Israel. Arabs and Jews were part of the same haplogroup thousands of years ago, but as Jews formed their own nation, Jews became part of their own race (mainly J1 haplogroup).

Why are today's Jews associated only with Judah when there was also the Kingdom of Israel? Are there 'lost tribes?' Thanks to genetic testing, all the tribes have been found. The 'lost tribes' refer to the 10 tribes of Kingdom of Israel; the Assyrians did not kill Jews en masse, but spread them around their vast empire. Today's Kurdish Jews, some Persian Jews, Bukharian Jews, Azeri Jews, and a % of the Pashtun tribe in Afghanistan share the same genetics and are traced back to the tribes of the Kingdom of Israel. Why Judah/Judea? Because the Kingdom that remained, the Kingdom of Judah, renamed the land the Jews controlled, Judea. "

Anonymous said...

The comment continues
"No fully genetic Jews are European nor have European genes. For most of Jewish history in Europe, until the 20th century, it was rather illegal to marry and have children with Jews. Ashkenaz Jews are not racially White either. The first Jews in the Ashkenaz region were 20,000 Italian Jews who had Sephardic Diaspora roots, and who themselves had genetic origins in Israel. Jews are not racially White. Skin tone is not race, and most Ashkenaz Jews have different skin tones in their families, including the Middle Eastern olive tone. Skin tone is not race; shared haplogroups and genes define race.

Israel is made up of 'White Jewish colonizers' - like mentioned, Jews are not racially White, and the majority of Israelis are Sephardic and Mizrahi (about 61%). The first aliyot back to Israel were not Ashkenaz aliyot, but Sephardic & Mizrahi. It was Sephardic Jews who held down the fort for hundreds of years. Also, not all Jews were exiled. There has not been one year that was Jew-free in the 4,000 years of Jews being a nation in Israel.

Israel is occupying Gaza - Actually, Gaza has been Jewish land since 145 BC, and since 1948, it has been occupied by mostly Egyptian Arab settler occupiers. Gaza has had a rich Jewish history for millennia. The TBTN website has an entire section on the Jewish history in Gaza. The San Remo Accords both in 1920 and 1922 legally codified Gaza and all of Judea & Samaria to be part of Israel, and through Article 80 of the UN Charter, is still upheld today under international law.

Abbas is President of Palestine and the 'West Bank' is part of Palestine - Abbas is not a President of anything except a terrorist organization, Fatah, which was created by Arafat in Egypt in 1958. Abbas is a terrorist in a suit and has been funding Hamas for years. Since the genocide on Oct. 7th, Abbas has pledged even further ties with Hamas. Also, no such thing as the 'West Bank.' It is a 1950 Jordanian occupation term for Judea & Samaria, the ancestral heartland of Israel. 'West Bank' was created to separate the Jewish connection to Judea & Samaria when Jews were ethnically cleansed from that region for 19 years (1948 - 1967).

The UN 'created' Israel after the Holocaust - This lie cannot be more comical as the British weaponized the UN as soon as it was created in 1945. The 1947 UN Partition Plan (UN Resolution 181) was extremely anti-Israel. There already was an Arab state, Jordan, since 1922, and as mentioned, it was created out of stolen Jewish land, thanks to Churchill. The Partition Plan was designed to create a terrorist second Arab state within the little that was left of Israel. The Arabs rejected the plan and it was not popular with Jews either, but was seen as a last resort by Jews. The UN did not even allow Israel to apply for participation until 1949, nearly a year after Israel achieved independence. To say that the UN 'created' Israel is to erase the nearly 20 years Jews bravely fought the British to free the Jewish homeland of occupation. "

Anonymous said...

& continues
"Israel is 'occupying' Gaza - Israel disengaged from Gaza in 2005, removing not just living Jews from the Jewish enclave, but also removing Jewish graves. Both Israel AND Egypt had a legal blockade on Gaza due to terrorism. Egypt's blockade was far harsher than Israel's. If Israel's would have been as iron-tight as Egypt's, the genocide on October 7th would not have happened. Egypt did not allow one Gazan to work in Egypt, and they are mostly Egyptians. Egypt also kept its border closed most of the year, except on Ramadan, has a steel war fortified by barbed wire, and even now, is keeping its border closed - both to paint Israel as a villain and because it does not want its radicalized population back.

'Innocent civilians' in Gaza- No such thing in Gaza. All civilians support Hamas in some capacity, and as late as mid October, rated Hamas and Islamic Jihad very highly. Hamas is made up of everyday Gazans. Arabs in Gaza have been murdering Jews since 1936. That year, the riots were British-fomented, then in 1948 came the Egyptians who resettled hundreds of thousands of their population and radicalized them.

Those Arab occupiers were joined by some Saudis and some former Israeli-Arabs who fled in 1948 in order to help Arab armies kill Jews faster during the war. It was 'innocent civilians' who helped Hamas plan the genocide, it was 1,000 of them who helped murder Jews on October 7th, and all of Gaza erupted in cheers as the murdered Jewish bodies were dragged through the streets of Gaza that day. Today, there are still Gazan families hiding hostages. The most popular children's game is 'Stab a Jew' and many IDF soldiers are finding pictures of Hitler all over bedrooms in Gaza, including children's rooms. Now, some Gazans are crying against Hamas, but let's not be naive. If Gaza were to be restored and rebuilt, and be governed by anyone but Israel, the Arab occupiers in Gaza would quickly return to the business of murdering Jews. "

Anonymous said...

& lastly says
"Occupied Palestine' - Yes, the Arab occupiers are occupying parts of Israel (Gaza and 2/3rds of Judea & Samaria (Area A & B).

Israel is committing genocide - Arab occupiers in Gaza are Egyptians, Saudis, and some former Israeli Arabs, along with some Africans who came as slaves of the Egyptians and Saudis in the 1950s and 1960s - so it is not one ethnicity and no one is being targeted because of ethnicity and race. Gaza is being bombed to ensure a Jewish genocide will never occur again. Given the scale of what happened on Oct. 7th, the world should be amazed that anything is even left in Gaza; no other country would have as much restraint as Israel is showing. Showing restraint is not something to be proud of in the Middle East. Terrorists and terrorist populations only respect brute force.

Hamas took over Gaza after a civil war - another lie to correct in the media...
Hamas did not 'take over Gaza' in 2006, nor was there a 'civil war' in Gaza either. The U.S triggered an election process in Gaza in 2005, as soon as Israel disengaged, based on polling that Fatah was going to win, as the Bush administration figured that a 'real election' would legitimize the 'more moderate' government.

However, Hamas won the elections in a landslide when the elections were held in 2006.

Hamas threw the Fatah members, who were not abandoning their posts, off of roofs as Fatah was the 'holding government' in the interim when Israel left Gaza.

In reality, Fatah is not 'more moderate' than Hamas. Both share the same goal, the elimination of Israel, just that one, Fatah, is willing to play more the long-game in exchange for falsely being recognized as a 'real government' and downplaying what they are, terrorists in suits. Fatah has long supported Hamas, financially, with fighters, and in the diplomatic arena.

If there are any other lies that I missed that you would like further addressed with historical detail, please let me know.

"I know that I write about Israel a lot, and some people find that annoying. But I've got a deal for you: If all those who make it their mission to demonize Israel 🇮🇱 stopped talking about it, I would too.
If Israel 🇮🇱 was not hounded 24x7 by peddlers of hate, from Tehran to Chicago, and everywhere in between, I or any of those who stand for common sense would not have to say anything at all about Israel 🇮🇱. It can run its own affairs quite successfully, thank you very much. But until then, we aren't shutting up.
"An American Jewish friend wrote, "In my state, a large synagogue congregation decided not to host a touring Israeli classical music ensemble - despite top artistic reviews and full financial support - because conveying a positive image of Israel was deemed "too political." The BDS notion of "avoiding normalization" of Israel is seeping into our own communities."

The irrational hatred of Israel has reached such deep levels that it is infecting the Jewish institutions themselves, and this is in the US, a country that is standing for Israel on the world stage. One can imagine the levels of hatred elsewhere and in non-Jewish institutions; often, we don't need to imagine because it's right in front of us.
Calling this phenomenon antisemitism is correct, but I feel that even that word doesn't go far enough. It is a deeply disturbing phenomenon that has no parallels in history. It's as if half of the people in the world were turned into hating zombies with no heart and no brain."

Some people have recently quoted the Bible verses
Isaiah 41:11-14 in Support of Israel
These verses say
11.“All who rage against you
will surely be ashamed and disgraced;
those who oppose you
will be as nothing and perish.
12 Though you search for your enemies,
you will not find them.
Those who wage war against you
will be as nothing at all.
13 For I am the Lord your God
who takes hold of your right hand
and says to you, Do not fear;
I will help you.
14 Do not be afraid, you worm Jacob,
little Israel, do not fear,
for I myself will help you,” declares the Lord,
your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel." NIV

1,200 vehicles in which Israelis were killed, injured, taken hostage, shot up and deserted by their owners on 7th October.
Many vehicles contain the DNA of their owners. Others have personal items of those who experienced hell on that day.
The vehicles are numbered where families and friends can come to pay homage to their loved ones, or survivors can visit their vehicles.
This place has become a site where Israelis and sympathizers from abroad can visit and get a sense of the size of the tragedy of that awful day."

On November 29, 2023 that
"When enough people tell you you’re crazy, you start to believe it.

So allow me to tell you in the clearest and most unequivocal terms: You are not crazy.

Let me show you what moral clarity looks like. Let me show you what moral bankruptcy looks like.

The world will have you believe that these things are normal. They’re not. None of it is normal.

The rotten to the core UN voted last night almost unanimously that Israel should give Syria the Golan Heights.

This is not a drill. This is not a joke. This is a thing that really happened.

In Oakland, the city council proudly announced its support for Hamas. No, not “The Palestinians”. Hamas. You read that right. They went as far as to say that blaming Hamas is anti Arab racism. They said that October 7th was perpetrated by Israel.

This is not a drill. This is not a joke. This is a thing that really happened.

The “environmentalist” Greta Thunberg? She’s participating in and siding with the “From the river to the sea” lunatics. I give it a week before she claims that the Zionists are responsible for global warming.

This is not a drill. This is not a joke. This is a thing that really happened.

Listen, the list of absurdities surrounding this war and the Middle East in general, is too long to write here. It’s basically never ending and impossible to digest.

I’m not going to lie, from time to time, it gets to me. There are moments that I just need to put my phone away and stay far away from the internet while I somehow clean the pollution in my brain caused by the absolutely psychotic Israel haters.

But here’s the thing. This lunatics should not be able to make us doubt our cause and our moral standing.

These people see armed Hamas terrorists accompanying a toddler or a grandmother in a wheelchair while thousands of “Innocent” Palestinians jump on the cars and yell for genocide, and they think that’s a totally normal scenario. Accompanied by so-called journalists, they try to seed the idea that this is normal!

Why aren’t those terrorists being detained or eliminated on the spot? How is the Red Cross meeting terrorists and the world just watches?

NOT. NORMAL!

These totally delusional individuals see released Israeli hostages and they claim, based on the way they’re looking at the terrorist, that Hamas treated them so well in captivity despite detailed description to the contrary. "

The comment continues
"These people couldn’t find morality if it hit them in the face.

We can’t let their indoctrination seep into our brains and souls. It’s hard because it’s all over, but this is our job, our responsibility, to not let these morally bankrupt people make us doubt our moral clarity.

With over 75% of the people who call themselves Palestinians supporting the October 7th massacre and another 10% being indifferent to it; we need to stop with the total fabrication that there is the Palestinian people and there is Hamas.

No, they are not separate. They are one and the same. I know, so politically incorrect. How dare I say such a thing?

It’s not me saying it. It’s those people themselves. And guess what, they’re not even ashamed to admit it. On the contrary, they are proud about their support for Hamas. They voted for Hamas. They support Hamas. They, and I mean, the vast majority of Gazans, proudly support genocide.

The #MeToo movement? The correct hashtag should be #MeTooUnlessYoureAJew

It even has a nice ring to it.

If any of the millions of people who support the Palestinian narrative were honest, if they truly cared about the people in Gaza, they’d stand right alongside Israel as Hamas is obliterated. But they don’t. And that’s because they don’t support any fake historic fabrication called Palestine. They simply support the same thing Hitler supported, the elimination of Jews. Plain and simple.

If you chant ‘From the river to the sea’, after you ask yourself what river and what sea and you realize you know zero about this region, remind yourself that you are publicly supporting the erasure of Israel and all its citizens. You support genocide.

Here’s the fundamental issue, if you ask me.

We, as in the civilized western world, have core values. And what we’re doing is that we’re taking those values and trying to apply them to the world of radical Islam."

Anonymous said...

& continues
"Stop it! They don’t share those values.

In our world, if I treat you with dignity and respect, you will reciprocate.

To the vast majority of people in Gaza and Judea and Samaria (yea, that’s what it’s called. Not “The West Bank”. That’s another lie we need to stop spreading. Words matter!), you can treat them with as much dignity as you want. You can March for their rights. You can launch initiatives for the Palestinians and guess what? That doesn’t make you less of an infidel. To them, you are a dead man walking.

In our world, a person who is affluent and who lives a good materialistic life wouldn’t risk it all by embracing crime or terror. Not so in the world of radical Islam.

To them, killing a Jew > having a good life. This isn’t me talking. These are hard facts that only a fool would deny.

Our values are not welcome in Islamic societies.

We have such a hard time grasping the concept that human life is not important to everyone. But it’s not. To radical Islam, human death is what’s important. Not human life.

We, in the west, cannot fathom that a human being would blatantly make up lies out of thin air. Where there’s smoke, there’s fire, right? Yes, in our world.

In their world, they can put two casts on a boy’s arm and say Israel broke his arms, when in reality, just a few hours before, there is video surveillance of that same boy leaving Israeli prison without any casts. But facts don’t matter in their world. Vilifying Israel and going viral with their lies is what matters.

The bottom line here is that our enemies, and I’m not only referring to Hamas, are immoral creatures. Whether it’s the South African government, the city council of Oakland, universities like Harvard, or the total sociopaths who tear down posters of abducted children, they are all evil immoral human beings.

“But don’t think you think maybe they’re right and you’re wrong? After all, they are so many!”

Need I remind you of historical events that had the support of the majority and were highly immoral? I mean, you don’t have to look too far in the past. 80 years.

But the good news? These people are not the majority. They are the minority. By far. They are a very loud minority but that’s how minorities are, they bark loudly but have no substance behind them.

These hateful immoral creatures might appear in headlines in The NY Times because they get clicks. Vilifying Jews always got clicks. They might get air time on CNN because CNN and its colleagues in the mainstream media know that they are failing and will soon be out of a job, so their grasping at straws by depicting Israel as some sort of aggressor/oppressor."

Anonymous said...

"Let me tell you something super controversial and highly shocking.
Israel is not an oppressor.
Israel has never initiated a war. Israel has gone to extraordinary lengths to compromise for peace and protect innocent lives.

Hamas and the rest of the terrorists including Islamic Jihad and THE PALESTINIAN AUTHORITY are the aggressors.

I am going to repeat that.

Anyone who thinks Abbas and his corrupt hateful Palestinian authority can take over Gaza and lead us to peace is either delusional or intentionally not paying attention. They are not less brainwashed than Hamas.

The PA = Hamas = PIJ = Hezbollah = ISIS = Nazis.

Anyone who disagrees with the above equation is simply wrong. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong.

The world will have you believe that there is no wrong and right, there is no good and evil. There is just different. Don’t let them convince you. Radical Islam is evil. No nuance. Evil. Pure evil!

Anyone who thinks that the majority of these so-called Palestinians are peaceful people is clearly disconnected from reality.

Don’t believe me? Watch the videos of the hostages being accompanied to the Red Cross in Gaza. Watch the thousands of so-called innocent Palestinians try to lynch them as they leave. Those are the same people who hand out candy when Jews are murdered. They are the same people who danced on 9/11. There is not an innocent bone in their bodies.

This post is a reminder to you that you are not crazy. They are crazy.

This post is a reminder to you that you are moral and they are immoral.

This post is a reminder to you that you chose the right side of history, and they chose the wrong side.

Don’t doubt yourself. Don’t let them win by planting the seeds of doubt in your brain.

Stand proud that you, unlike so many people around the world, still have total moral clarity in a world so immoral that facts simply don’t matter.

Israel killed its own on October 7th? Really? Israeli jets bombed the music festival? Really? Did Israel also commit those atrocities?"

Anonymous said...

"It doesn’t matter. To these people, facts are a distraction.

Israel tortures Palestinians? Lie. Don’t believe any of it. Israel and the Jewish people are a compassionate nation. It’s in our DNA.

Israel illegally detains innocent Palestinians? Ok, and I have a bridge to sell you but gimme a second to harvest Palestinian organs first.

You can’t make this stuff up. You can’t make any of it up.

And that is why I am hopeful and optimistic.

Every time I make the mistake of scrolling through my social media and automatically feel hopeless, I remind myself that none of this is man-made. It simply can’t be. Human beings are not creative enough to come up with this script.

This is clearly bigger than anything a human could come up with. Why would God do any of this? I don’t know and you are welcome to believe what you’d like but to me, the thought that God is pulling the strings here comforts me. Without it, I would lose my mind.

So again, stand proud, maintain your moral clarity, don’t let the hypocrisy and lies even enter your soul, and keep reminding yourself that you are on the right side of history, the just side, the honest side, the moral side, the Jewish side.

They are battling us on the battlefield but they are also battling us on the field of consciousness. They are trying to convince themselves, the world, and even us that we are to believe lies. We will beat them on all fronts.

Whoever you are and wherever you are reading this, just know that if you side with Israel now, you chose correctly.

Don’t let anyone trick you into believing otherwise.

And by the way, Dear God, I don’t know your ways and I know that whatever you do is good but man, do You have a wild imagination. You are a creative genius to have come up with this script. If this whole God thing doesn’t work out, with Your level of out of the box thinking, You might consider a transition into tech. I know many startups who’d hire someone as creative as You.

Folks, stand proud. Victory is near. Just continue to stand your ground and keep reminding yourself that morality is on our side.

They can lie, they can murder, they can torture, and then they can foster support from their terror sympathizing family around the world. They can glorify death. They can indoctrinate their children. They can do what they want."

Fine, I’ll spoil it.

We win. That’s how this ends. We win. They lose. And we survive. They perish. We come out stronger. They come out humiliated.

Hillel Fuld typed online earlier today
"Dear world,

In case you’ve finally come to the realization that the moral fabric of western civilization is crumbling before your eyes and you want no part of it, I’m going to make this super easy for you.

Here is a list of things for you to copy/paste and share with your audience.

None of these should even have to be written, but as mentioned, morality is passé and truth doesn’t get clicks, so no one else will say these things, but you can.

So here goes. Use these at your convenience. No need to credit me. Just stand up and share the truth, even though the truth will never be as sexy as lies.

Ok here goes.

“What Hamas did on October 7th is a perfect illustration of their belief system, their values, and their intentions. There is no compromising with Hamas. There will never be peace until Hamas is no more. I stand with Israel and not only support their war on Hamas, I demand that they continue until they completely and totally obliterate every last Hamas terrorist.”

“Israel has the total right to self defense, just like any other country does. There should be no ceasefire until every last hostage is released and Hamas is no more. Demanding that Israel end the war before that is not only hypocritical, it’s also dangerous because if Hamas survives, we are next.”

“In the north, Israel is being attacked by massive Hezbollah rocket barrages. Israel must remove the threat from its northern border by any and all means necessary. The press isn’t telling you what Hezbollah is doing but they’ve been bombarding Israel for months. It’s time Israel fought back and eliminated that threat, along with its threat of Hamas in the south.”

“I demand that my government and all international organizations apply pressure on Hamas to release all the hostages immediately without any conditions. There is absolutely nothing to talk about before those hostage are released.”

“I unequivocally reject all genocide accusations against Israel. There is no genocide and anyone who claims otherwise is being dishonest and relying on Hamas numbers to vilify Israel. Israel has, and continues to do more than any army ever to minimize civilian death and they’ve done a darn good job at it. Everything else you hear is Hamas propaganda.”

Anonymous said...

The comment continues
"“Israel should not be the only country that needs to defend itself for defending itself.”

“Israel is the only democracy in the Middle East and it is the only free country in the region. The IDF is also the most moral army in the region; and maybe in the world. Facts. Don’t believe the lies.”

“The claims against Israel of apartheid, occupation, and genocide are the modern day blood libels that we see in every generation. Stop scapegoating the Jews. It won’t end well for you. Just open a history book. None of those claims are based in reality.”

“Every single casualty in Gaza is on Hamas. Period. Full stop.”

“You want a ceasefire? No problem. Ask Hamas to release the hostages and surrender. Want to know when there was a long term ceasefire? On October 6th. Hamas broke that ceasefire and attacked Israel. Hamas started this war and Hamas can easily end it.”

“If the Palestinian people wanted a state, they’d have a state many times over. They’ve rejected every opportunity and elected a terrorist organization to govern them. Until their education is reformed and the hatred and incitement to violence be removed from their schools, the Palestinian people will remain a corrupt and violent society that no one in the world cares about.”

“Calling Israel’s response disproportionate is dishonest and honestly, insane. What would you expect your government to do if thousands of innocent civilians were murdered and raped in your country? What would you have Israel do?”

“I unequivocally condemn the rise of antisemitism around the world. The jewish people have brought nothing but light into this world and attacking them is unjust and wrong. If you want to speak out against the Israeli government, then do it by legal means. Attacking synagogues and jewish institutions is disgusting and immoral.”

Those are some easy truths for you to copy and paste.

And here is one more, maybe the most important one.

Am Yisrael Chai!

The Jews will survive this like they’ve survived everything. Those who side with Hamas and try to get rid of the Jews? They’ll disappear into the history books along with all the nations and people who tried to destroy the jewish people including the ancient Egyptians, Romans, Greeks, Nazis, and many more.

Choose wisely, ignore the lies, and support Israel as it eliminates a threat not only to its country, but to western civilization as a whole. Hamas might be starting with Israel, but I assure you, they won’t end there if they survive this war."

There is also a sense of anxiety - usually wars are over quickly -- this time, it's taking time and the whole world is united against Israel. And believe me, they notice."

"Five months ago, we experienced the darkest day in our history since the Holocaust.

No matter how much the world tries to deny it or make us forget it; no matter how much they try to gaslight us, we won’t forget that day. Ever.

We survived the gas chambers. We will survive their gaslighting.

And we also won’t forget that no matter what the UN or other morally bankrupt organizations tell you, this wasn’t a Hamas only operation.

Thousands of “Innocent” Gazans took part in the massacre, beheading, and raping of over 1,200 Israelis.

Here you can see these “innocent” Gazans celebrating the atrocities on a stolen IDF vehicle.

Those are not the faces of innocent people. Look into their empty eyes. Nothing but poison and hatred.

The IDF has eliminated thousands of terrorists who took part in 10/7, but there are many left.

They hide amongst civilians. They hide in schools, mosques, tunnels, and homes. They assume the IDF won’t get to them there. They are the human version of sewer rats.

They are wrong and they are kidding themselves if they think for a second that you can come into Israel, do what they did, and live to tell your grandkids about it.

Their end is near. Every last one of them.

The vast majority of Gaza, according to all polls, actively support Hamas and the events of October 7th.

Even those who don’t declare their support for Hamas voted for them. That is not an innocent person in my book.

The evil and barbaric nature of the people in this photo made me lose hope for a while after October 7th. The darkness they bring to this world left me deeply sad and hopeless.

But the light that the Jewish people have shined since that day has restored my faith in humanity.

They bring darkness. We bring light.

They glorify death. We glorify life.

They try to maximize innocent deaths, we try to minimize them.

They celebrate destruction. We celebrate innovation.

But the dark and evil people in this photo made a big mistake by assuming that the Jewish people, as compassionate as we may be, will sit back and not fight with every fiber of our being.

A fundamental misunderstanding of the Jewish people and our supernatural resilience.

They brought destruction onto Israel. They brought destruction onto Gaza. And they are about to learn that they brought destruction onto themselves. They just don’t know it yet but they will soon.

We will never forget.

There is only one way this war ends and that is the total surrender of Hamas, the return of all of our hostages, and the complete removal of the threat on Israel from its border with Gaza.

They wanted destruction and that’s what they’ll get.

These people make me physically ill to look at.

This war is good vs evil and anyone who doesn’t see that with total clarity better check their moral compass immediately."

"Israel: A Democratic State where Everyone's Voice Matters

Israel, a small but vibrant country in the Middle East, stands proud as a beacon of democracy in the region. In this democratic state, every citizen has the right to express their opinions and participate in the decision-making process, free from external interference.

One of the fundamental principles of Israeli democracy is the right to choose. No one dictates to the people of Israel whom to vote for or what political path to follow. Whether you support the right-wing, left-wing, or center-wing parties, your voice matters and counts equally in the democratic process.

The democratic system in Israel ensures that power is not concentrated in the hands of a few, but rather distributed among the people. Every citizen over the age of 18 has the right to vote and help shape the future of the country. The Israeli parliament, known as the Knesset, is composed of representatives from various political parties, reflecting the diversity of opinions and perspectives within the country.

Freedom of expression is another cornerstone of Israeli democracy. From the bustling streets of Tel Aviv to the peaceful villages of the Galilee, individuals are free to voice their thoughts, opinions, and criticism without fear of retribution. The media plays a crucial role in this democratic landscape, providing a platform for diverse voices and facilitating public discourse.

Moreover, Israel's commitment to democratic values extends beyond its borders. The country has been a staunch supporter of human rights, promoting equality, freedom, and justice for all. Israel has consistently stood up for the rights of minorities, women, and marginalized communities, both domestically and internationally.

It is important to note that democracy is an ongoing process, and Israel, like any other democratic state, faces challenges and strives for improvement. The Israeli society engages in open debates, discussions, and peaceful protests to address these challenges and work towards a better future.

In conclusion, Israel stands tall as a democratic state where every individual's voice matters. No external force dictates the political choices of its citizens, and the freedom to express opinions is cherished. As the country continues to grow and evolve, its commitment to democratic values remains unwavering."

"Being moral in the Middle East as an army is not a flex. Of course the IDF is not burning, raping, and mutilating the Arab occupiers in Gaza. Israelis are not subhuman rats.

However, constantly saying how moral the army is, puts pressure on them to not go full power against those who have killed us and still wish to kill many more."

An Article that appeared online by
Bret Stephens on March 12, 2024 is headlined
"Israel Has No Choice but to Fight On" - Bret Stephens
• If Israel were to end the war now, with several Hamas battalions intact, at least four things would happen. First, it would be impossible to set up a political authority in Gaza that isn't Hamas: If the Palestinian Authority or local Gazans tried to do so, they wouldn't live for long
• Second, Hamas would reconstitute its military force as Hizbullah did in Lebanon after the 2006 war with Israel - and Hamas has promised to repeat the attacks of Oct. 7 "a second, a third, a fourth" time.
• Third, the Israeli hostages would be stuck in their awful captivity indefinitely.
• Fourth, there would never be a Palestinian state. No Israeli government is going to agree to a Palestinian state in the West Bank if it risks resembling Gaza.
• This is the fifth major war that Hamas has provoked since it seized power in Gaza in 2007. After each war, Hamas' capabilities have grown stronger and its ambitions bolder. At some point this had to end; for Israelis, Oct. 7 was that point.
• Whenever Israel's critics lecture the country on better calibrating its use of force, they don't have any concrete suggestions. The reality of urban warfare is that it's exceptionally costly and difficult. The U.S. spent nine months helping Iraqi forces flatten the city of Mosul to defeat ISIS, with results that looked even worse than Gaza does today. I don't remember calls for "Ceasefire Now" then.
• Israel is fighting a war it didn't seek, against an enemy sworn to its destruction and holding scores of its citizens hostage. Around 200,000 Israelis are living as refugees inside their own country because its borders aren't secure. No country can tolerate that. There should be more public pressure on Hamas to surrender than on Israel to save Hamas from the consequences of its actions. (New York Times)"

"Some thoughts from 34,000 feet.

On a daily basis, since the war began, I have really difficult moments throughout the day.

Whether it’s tragic news of losing a soldier, horrid details of the October 7th atrocities, or the endless hate I get here and on other platforms.

I know I’m not alone in this and we are all having a really hard time. How could we not?

So how do I get through them?

Simple. I remind myself that this war is not man made. I’m an observant Jew so I see God in every single detail of this war but even if you don’t believe in God, you must realize how irrational and illogical this war is.

Now to be clear, as someone who sees God in this war, I have to cope with a very difficult question.

What kind of God does what was done on October 7th?! If that’s God, I want no part of it.

It’s a good question and one that philosophers have discussed for generations.

Why do bad things happen to good people and why do good things happen to bad people?

I don’t know. That’s my answer.

But that doesn’t satisfy me. I might not know God’s ways but I do want to try and find some logic in them."

The comment continues
"What I tell myself might sound overly simplistic or even childish, but it works for me.

Imagine a 3 year old going to the doctor. His father has to watch him get a shot. This child cannot possibly fathom a scenario in which a father stabbing his son with a needle makes any sense whatsoever.

“What kind of father does that??”

Of course the father knows that that shot is for the child’s benefit but the child cannot possibly understand that.

We are the child. Our brains are finite. God is infinite. We cannot grasp that bad things happen, but in reality, those things might feel terrible now, but somehow, and I have no idea how, just like the 3 year old had no idea how, they are actually for our benefit.

It’s crazy to think about but I believe God is good.

Besides, God gives us free will and we, the human species, screw up time and time again. God didn’t do October 7th, Hamas did. God didn’t do the Holocaust, Hitler did. God gave them free will and they chose an evil path.

But back to the war.

None of this war, literally 0% makes sense.

Trigger warning. The following statement might offend you.

If I told you that 3,000 terrorists marched into a country smaller than New Jersey with 8 hours of free hand and unlimited access to automatic weapons, how many people would you expect them to murder? Think about it.

50,000? 100,000? 150,000?

Not 1,400, that’s for sure.

Now to be clear, I am God forbid not using the word miracle to describe October 7th. That would be highly insensitive.

All I am saying is that it could have been infinitely worse. But forget October 7th.

Look at this war."

& continues
"Why is the world obsessed with it? Why does anyone even care? The casualty numbers, even if you accept Hamas’ fake numbers are microscopic compared to other conflicts. Why does anyone care? It makes no sense!

When Hezbollah fires 100 rockets into Israel in one morning and there are zero casualties because they all landed in open areas, you have to ask yourself, where, in a country smaller than NJ, are all these empty spaces? It makes no sense!

The Iron Dome?! We hear how this system detonates rockets mid air with over 90% precision. We hear and we nod our heads pretending that that is normal. It’s not. I met Dr. Gold who invented the iron dome. He told me that when he had the idea, everyone, EVERYONE, told him it’s impossible. The Iron Dome is a technological wonder, one might say a miracle. Either way, it makes no sense.

The world claims genocide? Do they not realize that if Israel wanted to commit genocide, Gaza would be flattened and Israel would have lost zero soldiers? Don’t they realize that nothing about what Israel is doing even remotely resembles genocide? It makes no sense!!

You know, the day after that dark day, I told myself that if there is any silver lining, it’s that, at least now, the world will know what Israel is dealing with and surely, they’ll stand by Israel’s side. It wasn’t even 24 hours before the opposite happened and antisemitism began to spike. How on earth?? It makes no sense!!

After October 7th, I thought there is no way the world denies what happened. There is no way anyone in their right mind would side with Hamas. After all, they are literal murderers, rapists, and pedophiles. No one could take their side; especially not liberal progressive people. After all, Hamas stands for everything that is opposite of what they stand for. And here we are, the woke movement standing in support of Hamas. It makes no sense!!

Should I continue?"

Anonymous said...

& lastly says
"The world believing Hamas casualty numbers when those numbers include zero terrorists and statistics that any third grader would realize are fabricated. Makes no sense!

The world telling Israel that they stand by them and then in the same breath telling Israel not to enter Rafah where thousand of Hamas terrorists are hiding? Makes no sense!!

The world ignoring the fact that Hamas proudly uses human shields and blaming Israel for the death of those people? Makes no sense!!

I can go on for hours. This entire war makes zero sense and that is why I don’t let myself drown in sorrow because this is bigger than me or you. This war is biblical. I think we are in messianic times but again; even if you don’t believe in God, you cannot not see how illogical this war is. To me, something this unrealistic and illogical does not deserve my anxiety and fear. My sadness and devastation are very real but I know that worrying about everything will accomplish nothing.

I can do my part and turn to Hashem to ask that the shot that is hurting us so bad end soon. I can ask for the suffering to end but obsessing over every bad thing in this war will do absolutely nothing.

This war is one big question mark and again, this helps me get through the day, each day.

I tell myself “Stop looking at this war through a human lens because you will lose your mind. Step back and realize this war is clearly meant to happen for whatever reason and just keep doing what you’re doing, because that’s all I can do. That’s all any of us can do.”

I hope the answers come soon but for now, I pray, I try to do my part, but I also turn to my Creator and ask why this is happening and when the suffering will end.

This is what helps me get through the day and I hope it helps one person reading it."

1- If Israel wanted to commit genocide, why does it send in soldiers on foot and risk their lives instead of just flattening Gaza from the air?

2- If Israel is an apartheid state, how are there anti Zionist Muslims in the Knesset, Israel’s parliament?

3- If Israel is ethnically cleansing the Palestinians for 75 years, how has the Palestinian population grown by millions since 1948?

4- If Israel occupied an Arab Palestinian state, when was this state established and what was its language and currency?

5- If Israel made up October 7th, who took the GoPro footage of the murders and rapes and why are Hamas boasting about it if it never happened?

6- If Israel is occupying Gaza; what was the Disengagement in 2005?

7- If what we are seeing today around the world is anti Zionism and not antisemitism, why are Jewish content creators online who have never stepped foot in Israel being harassed and verbally abused? Why are synagogues being attacked?

8- If Israel’s occupation is what caused Palestinian terror, why were Arabs massacring Jews before there was any occupation or even any state of Israel? See Hebron 1929.

9- If the Palestinians want a two state solution, why can’t you find a single leader of theirs who will say that Israel has a right to exist?

10- If Israel killed 30,000 innocent people in Gaza, if you believe those numbers, then how many terrorists has Israel killed?

"So how does it end?

Well, we know history repeats itself, right? Wanna know how it ends? Look at how it always ends when someone comes after the Jews.

Happy Purim.

I will remind you that Purim is a holiday on which an evil man decided that the Jews are a threat. What does he claim against the Jews to get the king to agree to annihilate them?

Three things.

1- There is this nation spread amongst all the nations, “They are everywhere and control everything.”

2- This nation has its own rules, its own “loyalty”.

3- These people don’t follow the king’s laws. They are a threat to the kingdom.

So this king turns on the Jews and agrees that all the Jews, women, children, young and old, will be annihilated.

“Kill all the Jews.”

But that never ends well for anyone and God had other plans.

Here we are celebrating a holiday on which the Jews were almost annihilated. Had I told you then that we’d celebrate one day, you would have thought I was delusional. How can we celebrate such a tragedy?

So when the queen, Esther, reveals that she’s Jewish and asks her husband, the king, to spare the Jews, he goes into the garden to contemplate what to do, side with the Jews or against the Jews.

Just when there was really no hope and all the Jews were in deep mourning and devastation, the entire story flips, the evil man, Haman, is the one who ends up being killed along with many of his evil family and supporters.

The Jews end up victorious.

Of course, many people die in that war, tens of thousands. There we go again, with our genocide…

Want to know how it ends? Today’s “King”, the ruler of the world, the West, is in the garden contemplating what to do now, side with the Jews or against them.

There is the evil “man”, Hama…s, who is trying to tell the world to get rid of the Jews because:
- The “zionists” are ruining the world. They are among us and controlling us all.
- The Jews aren’t loyal to their country. They have their own “laws”.
- The Jews don’t care about what Biden or any other politician has to say. We don’t march to their band.

The Jews are hated worldwide and are in deep mourning and devastation.

So how does it end? The same way it ended on Purim.

Haman/s will be no more. The world will finally see the truth and save the Jews, and evil will be eliminated.

Then, one day soon, we will celebrate how we defeated our evil enemies, and this year will go down in history alongside every empire that tried to annihilate the Jews. The Egyptian empire, the Roman empire, the Greek Empire, the Nazi empire, and so many others who tried, failed, and disappeared into the pages of history books.

Stand with the Jews, because according to all available data; it’s the strategic thing to do.

Happy Purim."

"So there's this woman called Kamala saying, "I have studied the maps. There is nowhere for these people to go."
The problem with Kamala is she lives Venn diagrams but she does know how to read military strategic maps.
She hasn't even asked if Israel possesses these maps before she opened her mouth and warned Israel not to enter Rafah.
The problem with Kamala is her limited abilities to think constructively, or find solutions to difficult problems. Like America's southern border, for example.
Instead, she went in search of "root causes" and found no solution to America's biggest domestic problem.
The problem with Kamala is that she is the US Vice President and, truth be told, the root cause of the tsunami of millions of illegal aliens flooding into the country with the aid of the Biden Administration is to flood Red states and cities will potential Democrat voters no matter the dangers this is already having on American society. And Kamala did not have to travel to Mexico to understand that.
She already knew it.
But I digress.
Kamala has her Gaza maps, but Israeli maps are better.
Israel has twice moved civilian populations out of harms way in Gaza. That's why there are so many people in Rafah right now.
Of course, these people could have been moved by the International community into Egypt and the Sinai on a temporary basis, but the Egyptians don't want them.
Neither does Jordan.
Kamala doesn't know this because she didn't ask.
Kamala also doesn't know that Israel has a plan to move civilians out of harm's way, as we have done twice before in Gaza. Again, that's why so many people are safe down in Rafah.
With knee-jerk reaction, Kamala joined the throng in taking an unnecessary ignorant dig at Israel.
Israel is preparing safe zones to absorb the people.
Despite the outcry, the problem is not the delivery of aid.
Despite the outcry and the lies, there is sufficient aid flowing into Gaza or being made within Gaza. For example, there are bakeries making two million loaves of bread daily in Gaza.
What your media is not showing you are the markets selling plentiful supplies of food and other items.
The problem with international aid is in the distribution. Up to now, due to lack of international intervention, the aid is being stolen by Hamas or by criminal gangs.
The point of this article is to inform you that, before sending the IDF into Rafah, preparations have been made to warn the civilians when and from where to leave, which route to take to the safe zones along the coast.
Then, and only then, will the IDF ground forces enter Rafah in search of the last four brigades of armed Hamas terrorists including their leaders and, hopefully, our hostages.
So, may I request American and other leaders, as well as your media, not to engage in vacuous emotional, false, rhetoric.
And please tell your media channels to stop being Hamas propagandists.
Stop repeating exaggeratedly impossible Hamas death figures.
Tell them you want the full and truthful news and not emotional rhetoric to grab the headlines.
Israel is not bombing hospitals. If you see buildings exploding its because terrorists are there.
One simple, silent, truth is the IDF is conducting a far more humane war in Gaza that US forces did in Afghanistan, Libya, Iraq, and other war zones."

"Israel is not a ‘state’ - a ‘state’ means being a vassal state to a bigger entity or part of a consortium.

For example, the Gulf states are all in coordination, led by Saudi Arabia.

Israel is a sovereign country.

When Jews keep saying ‘state of Israel’ for decades and decades, it gets thus treated by the U.S and other major countries as a state and not as the country it actually is.

Jews bravely fought for nearly 20 years to liberate Israel from the British occupiers. It is a disservice to call the fruit of their labor, a ‘state.’ Jordan, literally a creation by the British occupiers, on land stolen from Jews, does not call itself a ‘state’ though it actually was created to be a state for Arabs within Palestine, the colonizer term for Israel.

The British originally were in Palestine to restore sovereignty to the indigenous Jews, not to ‘create’ a state for Jews.
